Looks like it may be set up for coal burning based on the shaker grate. Not sure on the value though it might be worth a bit more to polish it up and get rid of the rust.
 
Only if the oven chamber has rusted through. The hot fire gases shouldn't come in contact with the food.
 
I know. I just flashed on if there was a leak with a cast oven chamber.
 
That would definitely spoil the buns.
