Need Instruction Manual / Info for Grizzly fireplace/woodstove

We bought a house in NC in Sept, being from south FL, we don't know much about fireplaces. We'd like to find an instruction manual or tips on how to use the fireplace. It says Grizzly and has a multi-speed blower plus a catalytic combustor. Here's a picture if that helps: (broken link removed)

That is a decent stove. You might be able to find a manual - try RJM manufacturing - they make Energy King, but I think at one time they were tied in with Griz and might have a manual.

Use the general method for a catalytic stove....
There is a bypass for the converter.
