I will get the make and model and post it but long story short we were at a show and he was sold a no name unit and it worked good but broke down all the time .
the main problems were auger fuse, gears , motor, and at the end the control board went up in smoke.
he was burning dry pellets only and I watched it fry fuses and the motor with no sign of jamming .
the guy was sending parts fast but my neibour goes on the road 3 weeks at a time and 2 off and will not have a failure prone unit for his wife to deal with so he took it back.
the guy is not happy about his stove showing up on his doorstep but what option does he have.
we are now looking at a harmon .
