Got the p43 today and the heat is amazing, I was so surprised how much this little box puts out, its great.

I find the noise a little high, and I am assuming it's the fan distribution, can it be adjusted some how-

If not, I'll eventually become immune to it but just wondering if it will decrease

You will become immune... Either that or its gets a little quieter as it breaks in! Not sure which one happened to me!

It just becomes background noise, like the kids!

I had the same concern, you'll get used to it..

agree. it's loud. turn up your tv volume and you'll quickly forget about it.

Since you now say you are getting amazing heat i guess can we assume you turned the stove up !!!!!

I hedged on turning up the blower on the P61, it's quieter when down a bit nearer Low. But really you need high fan to heat the house. An XXV is quieter FWIW but more $.

I keep my fan on medium. It's off now in maintenance burn.

That is kind of normal with that type of blower, esp. in a high output smaller stove. You could mod. it with a speed control, but with harman controls you may end up with shut downs.
