New pellet stove owner. Anger panel.

I was looking inside where the pellets go into where the auger feeds into the stove an noticed a faint light on top of the auger panel where I can see the fire going. Isn’t that supposed to be sealed with high temp silicone? England pellet manufacturer in 8/18.

It’s a England Pellet stove I think the model is 25-CB120? The manual has numbers 25-CB120, 55-SHPCB120 & 55-TRPCB120

Pretty new got it in November 2018. Was checking how much pellets were inside around 5am and could see the flames threw the plate seam. I posted a picture also.
