I was looking inside where the pellets go into where the auger feeds into the stove an noticed a faint light on top of the auger panel where I can see the fire going. Isn’t that supposed to be sealed with high temp silicone? England pellet manufacturer in 8/18.

Stove make and year would be helpful
 
Is this a new stove? Shouldn’t see fire from any hopper on any stove

Pretty new got it in November 2018. Was checking how much pellets were inside around 5am and could see the flames threw the plate seam. I posted a picture also.
 
Call ESW and tell them. They should replace the stove
