I was looking inside where the pellets go into where the auger feeds into the stove an noticed a faint light on top of the auger panel where I can see the fire going. Isn’t that supposed to be sealed with high temp silicone? England pellet manufacturer in 8/18.

Stove make and year would be helpful

Is this a new stove? Shouldn’t see fire from any hopper on any stove

Call ESW and tell them. They should replace the stove
