I found another F3500 locally and went to look at it today. It was in much better shape in the last one and after some negotiation it will be coming home with me next week. How are the F3500's for draft requirements? My plan was to replace my 90 with 2x45's, would that be required/recommended still for the F3500?

Good deal. The F3500 should be an easier breathing stove than the Napoleon.

Catalyst looks to be in pretty good shape. Won't replace till I know its fully worn out.

Nice. Maybe take some canned air and blow out the ash dust for best performance.
