Double check your connections to the control board and wiring on all thermal discs. It is possible to get a bad disc brand new. What temp rating and where did you get the disc from?

Just to confirm ... it is your room blower that is not coming on? There is a third snap disc (thermal disc) on the wiring diagram page 34 of the manual
http://www.kozistoves.com/Manuals/Pellet/MX2All.pdf

part # TDKLMT01 it is #3 on the diagram on page 36 and is mounted on the combustion blower. This is the snap disc that turns on the convection blower (room blower). It has a lower heat value to function ... 120F

Keep us posted!

Yes the room blower is not coming on. There was a confusion with myself and another who thought the TDKLMT01 came new with the motor we replaced. I suggested it was the old one but he finally concurred and we ordered the TDKLMT01 as well as the static pressure switch SWC09902. Temp rating I referred to was for other thermo but thanks for the backup reminder on the TDKLMT01. I am going to double check right now to see if the one I ordered has all the specs you advised. Soooo happy I have you to talk to.

Let us know how you make out with the installation of the new snap disc. That should cure the problem of the room blower not coming on. It has to reach 120F to close so that the blower then comes on.

Why did you replace so many components?

Turns out it was the first part we replaced.( Manual Reset Overheat Thermal disk ) We kept hitting the reset button and it made a noise we havent heard before....so we paused the hitting red button to see if it would engage and it did. So far all is well. We have had it working for1 1\2 days now. Thank you so much for all the advice and I am keeping my fingers crossed. :)
