No Spark from Pilot Assembly (Napoleon HD46)

Hi, I have a Napoleon HD 46 propane fireplace that won't spark or even click when the switch is turned on. I just replaced the entire pilot assembly and it still won't work. I can turn on the switch and light the pilot assembly with a lighter and the fireplace will work. It has an IPI system.

Any ideas?

Is it possible the spark is going to ground BEFORE it gets to the pilot assembly?

Definitely a possibility, I'll check into that. Any tips on how to troubleshoot?

Have you checked the continuity of the igniter wire?
Is it adequately grounded to the stove body?
