Yeah, just when we could see the grass again. At least I have enough pellets to get me through in warm style!

I'm not ready to start mowing the lawn yet anyway...

I'd rather mow than move snow, but both are fun for me, since I have no time pressures. My lawn is actually green in back, which used to be horse pasture. Had a bit of a shock last week - the snow cover disappeared overnight, so when I looked out expecting to see snow, the lawn was green as summer! I did the classic double-take before I believed what I was seeing.

New England - if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes, it'll change!

Nothing on Long Island we have had a total snow fall of about 1 inch and melted the next day. bought a new snow blower last year and still no need to use it.

Remember to have the essentials on hand, things like TP, gasoline for the blower and generator, snacks, pellets, and some brews. They tell me that food and water helps as well :p.

If I was smart I'd just hibernate for a few weeks bypassing all of the maybe we will maybe we won't.. They really haven't called things very well lately.

Yay, I'll be driving up 91 and 95 from PA Friday night. Looks like I'm going to have overtime this week after all...

My list only has brews on it. Guess I better add "food". I can cut a hole in the lake ice for h2o I guess.

That will work!

Beer has h2o in it right? ==c

Yeah, but the other liquid in it dehydrates you, nothing like the real deal.

It is times like this that my fermenter comes in handy . 7 gallons filled to the top along with a pouring spout.

Likewise the bathtub, fill it for flushing duties and no well pump needed for the first few days.
