Did a bit of searching but turned nothing up. Can an OAK be ran from a main floor stove to a basement? Would this create enough negative pressure to pull warm air down? I have no basement or plans to install an OAK. Just curious.

Do you mean for the purposes of having the stove on the main floor draw combustion air from the basement and then have the basement air replaced by the (presumably) warm air of the main floor? If so then theoretically, yes, but it would be so inefficient as to have no measurable gain in temperature in the basement. In fact, it would probably make the house colder because combustion air drawn from the building envelope has to be made up from somewhere and that somewhere is from outside.
