Question:

WE LIVE IN AN APT THAT HAS ELECTRIC HEAT AND WE HATE IT...KEROSENE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED,BESIDES MOVING , WHAT OPTIONS DO WE HAVE FOR A PORTABLE HEATING SYSTEM?



Answer:

Not much...if you have permission from the owners, you might be able to install an LP tank outside and install a vent-free fireplace or stove. That's not even portable....really, as far as portable, electric is about it.
