Ordering Fire Brick-- FXP Elite 44

Has anyone ever submitted this order form for their FPX? Is this for dealers and not retail folk like myself? I can get the standard whole brick at the local hardware store, but what I'm particularily focused on is the cut brick for the floor portion ( Numbered 2 and 4 on the order form below) . If I'm reading those dimensions correctly, those bricks are thicker than the standard 1 -1/4 " thickness?

They are all 1-1/4” firebrick. The dimensions for #2& #4 are the lengths of the 4 sides.
