I have posted a lot on here last few days so sorry in advance lol. I just can't keep this to myself. Osburn customer service is awesome!!! I called about a leaking gasket. No hassle no questions just a "ok we will ship you factory replacement part". I was caught completely off guard. That was to easy. Osburn just earned some big respect points with me.

Glad you have had a good experience. It wouldn’t take much to best Regency’s customer service.

SBI has always done me right , even a compete stove replacement !

The original gasket started to come apart right at the seam. Dealer sent someone to replace but they uses a regular white gasket. Door did not close tight after that so doing some research I saw osburn uses the high density gaskets. So I bought a new one from stove shop. Not sure if it was high density but t was black. Well it did not do trick either. I can clearly hear and see when fire is going hard air pulling from bottom of door. So hopefully the replacement they send me does trick. If not I will call back and see about a door lol.

Always good to hear when a manufacturer gives good customer service. Good that you reported this on the forum. Let folks know when good things happen.

I've had similar results...good company!

Me too. Nothing but good things to say about SBI.

I just replaced the door gasket in my 2200 - a few years old and had a frayed spot I used the SBI / Osburn gasket kit - Door sits tight with no adjustment needed. Good on them for sending you the gasket for free - if it's a kit they're sending (silicone included) that's a $40 part. Based on many stories here they will take care of you. Hope that does the trick..
