Short and sweet... I'm debating a Napoleon 1402 or a Pacific Energy Super insert. Looking for some insight on the two before my decision is made! Heating a 1300 sqft, 2 story. Would like to be my main heat supply!!
I'd love to say it's well insulated, but that would be a lieDunno about the 1402 but the Super is a lot of stove for 1300 sq ft
The winters are cold in VT as well. I'd rather have too much heat than not enough!Don't think its too much in VT.. or CT....
To make the right decision, listen to Bigg_Redd and then buy the other one.
Nothing wrong with buying a Canadian stove.
Why not tell the OP about your Canadian stove and how well it works for you?WA = America
Why do you hate America, BB? Or should I say ComradeBart?

My Canadan stove (PE Spectrum Classic) is out standing: plenty of heat, easy to operate, not super picky about wood, super durable baffle. . . but it's still Canadan.
So that must mean it looks really good, is made well and performs when you want it to???
