The room air blower will not work, I have replaced it with a new 250cfm the model englander website lists. I have also replaced the temp sensor cable and the buss fuse.

What is the operating temperature that activates the blower supposed to be?

What else could be the problem?

I really don't want to replace the control unit as it is kinda pricey.

Year and type of stove would help .

Well you probably need a sensor or control board.(broken link removed to http://www.heatredefined.com/assets/images/general/PUCBHS_thermalsensor.pdf)

I replaced the sensor so I guess that just leaves the control board.
Just for giggles, did you make a jumper cable and plug the motor directly into an outlet? Mine was acting the same way and that's how i discovered it was a bad chip on the circuit board. I will say, don't do it if you're not comfortable with 120 VAC.
