I'm having a Harman 52i installed but doing the finish work myself. I removed all the old stone around the prefab fireplace because it was dated and ugly. Installer said the finish work should be done before he installs the new insert. He also said I should use Harman's ZC box so I know where stone tile should go. Does this sound right? Anyone have pictures? What is the clearance around the ZC box? Does the tile but up against the box, overlap a touch or should their be a small gap?

Thanks.

Install manual (broken link removed to http://www.hearthnhome.com/downloads/installManuals/Accentra_Insert.pdf) zero clearance is mentioned farther on in the manual.

Last post on the thread shows install into ZC pre-fab. https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads...replace-installation-kit.108256/#post-1421666

Was trying to find the thread that has the dimensions of the ZC but can't ... hopefully someone will chime in...

Pics when done:)
