Hey MePMikeNH is correct. I have tried many different pellets and actually the only small issue I had was with a "super premium" pellet.
According to the reviews they are a blend of soft and hard woods

Are Hamer's Hardwood?I have burned Wood Pellet Co, AWP, Hamer's Hot Ones and Green Gold from lowes ( I think that is where they were from, I bought them from a guy up street) and some green bag Lignetics, all have burned well, Been doing Hamer's mainly last year and this year coming up.

With a Harman P Series, I don't think there is any Best pellet to burn.Any reccomendations on the best type of pellets to purchase for my stove ?
