Question:
I am new to pellet inserts. I have used it for 2 weeks without problem. Today, the pellets no longer are falling into the burn pot. What can I look at prior to calling a repair technician?
Answer:
Well, the obvious is to see if pellets are in the hopper. If that is not the problem, it could be a number of things, including a loose set screw on the auger or a faulty control. The stove should be fully covered under warranty, but I'm afraid you'll have to call the service people to get it running.
