My quadrafire 1000 pellet stove won't stop feeding pellets. The thermostat gets over 80 degrees. Do I have a snap disc problem or thermostat issue. Thanks.

Unplug the thermostat at the stove to see if it turns off. If so, then you have a thermostat issue or short in wiring to thermostat.

If auger is always running when stove is on then that's another issue, like a bad triac in control module, but the fire would be getting huge along wire firepot over flowing.

This is happening. Auger constantly runs even tho board light turns on as intended. What's this triac and where is it. I have a p2700.

A triac is like a on off switch two on your board not sure witch one is auger. If you have a multi meter put it on ohms, With stove unplugged you should have continuity on only two of the three legs. Test each triac individually one of them will have continuity on all three legs that is the bad one. Should have part number printed right on triac they are cheap usually pay more for shipping then for the parts.

the 4 black/ 3 leg components laying down on the board are the triacs. the brown capasitor is just there to make sure voltage is consistant. one of the triacs have failed internally and will take a dmm to to troubleshoot it.
