Over the summer I purchased a used Pelpro pp130. The previous owner used it for one season (2023-2024) and then when his house was damaged by a tornado his insurance paid to replace it. There is no obvious damage anywhere on the unit (no water marks, no corrosion, no rust). I plugged it in and turned the dial to start and the green light flashes but nothing happens. No fan, no auger. after a couple mins the red light flashes 4 times saying that it missed ignition. As this is a new-to-me unit I have no idea where to start in diagnosing the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI I emptied the pellets out and checked the auger, and if turns. I also pulled the vacuum hose for the lid switch and blew it clear. I pulled the fire box and cleaned it and around it. I also pulled the lid switch wire and put a jumper on it and tried to start it but still nothing but a blinking green light.
