The remote control on my Piazetta P963 shows the message 'service' when the stove is started. Due to a breakdown in communication with my dealer I am forced to try and resolve issues and clean the stove myself, which was last done in November since when I have burnt less than half a tonne of pellets. Any ideas please? Thanks
