Once logged in, go to the top of the page and click Your Control Panel, then you will see edit Avatar. From there you can upload a pic from your PC.BIGMOE44 said:

If you have to resize your picture before uploading and you don't have a regular program to resize it, just use MS Paint. It is easy to resize in that little program. If you need help; just ask.
