Pleasant hearth ph35ps fire goes out help

I bought a ph35ps about 1 month ago was working good only used it for a few hours. Bought a new pellet let it run then smelled like buring plastic/electric fire was crazy black spot all iver window looked like a fire in the stove. Shut it down since then it hasnt worked properly.
Fire keeps burning out after about an hour.
Sometimes it will start up but never feed pellets.
I cleaned everything
What should i try next?
