This is the hearth my husband and I are planning on putting a wood stove on.
Previously, tenants glued peel and stick tile down directly onto the pavers. I got the glue up, but the hearth is looking a little rough. We sanded a test patch, and we're pretty sure these are concrete pavers. We have also repaired the grout.
What can we do to refinish these pavers? What do we put on them? We've looked into masonry sealant, high temp paint (but that seems to be for the stove itself), and concrete stain.....but we have no idea what we are doing.
