Please help identify my support box and what I need to connect it a 6" single wall stove pipe.

Please help identify my support box and what I need to connect it a 6" single wall stove pipe.

It appears to have a 7" inner diameter.

The i tried both imperal 6" to 7" adapters. The one with crimped end on the 7" side does fit up into the support box snug. But then the crimp end is going up and I need to use a couple to connect the 6" pipe down to the stove.

I have bought a wood stove at homedepot and it only seems to take the single wall, snaplock stove pipe. The flu collar is 6".

You might be better served by checking out the Class A chimney ABOVE that support box for ID stickers.
That's what you have to make your positive connection to.
