Greetings from Oklahoma!
Stumbled across this great resource while trying to do some research.
We just purchased a home that has a wood-burning insert with a broken pane of glass (it actually appears to have been shot!). No manufacturer info to be found. We'd love to get it operational, so I was hoping someone might have some ideas on where me might start.

The stove may have a metal tag on it somewhere with the model number and other info, maybe on the back of of it. It looks pretty old, though. I might be looking to upgrade, unless you are not yet sure how serious you're going to be about heating with wood.
