Poor Heat output on 25-pdv

I am hoping someone can help me. I have an Englander 25-PDV and I just can't seem to get good heat output anymore. The stove is about 3 years old. I have replaced all the gaskets, tried many different brands of pellets, and called the tech support at Englander. Putting it in a higher burn mode helped a little bit but the thermostat for my heating system is 18 feet away and I can't seem to get the temp up past 65. Anyone have any suggestions?

First thing everyone here will ask is "is the stove and its vent really clean?" A partly blocked vent will seriously reduce heat output.
When did the heat output change? I assume that at some time the heat output was adequate, is that true?
Does the fire look active or lazy?
What is the height of the fire? Burning on heat 6 my PDVC has a flame the height of the window.
Is the stove controller in the right mode? A PDV should be in mode C.

The stove and vent are cleaned regularly. The heat output changed dramatically just this burn season. Before this year it was fine. The flame is active and as high as the top of the window on 6. The stove is in Mode C and the numbers across the bottom adjustments read 6-4-1.

This sounds ridiculous I know. But it almost seems as if some rival stove manufacture is flaming Englander on this site. It is just crazy how many near identical Englander posts their have been recently. Mostly all by new members. I am not accusing here just baffled. From now on I am just going to start to answer these posts by saying:

Running the same brand as the last 2 seasons. I cleaned and oiled the blower again on Saturday.
I did go and read that thread Thaddius but that isn't the problem I am having. The flame is energetic and the stove itself seems to be hot. The heat just isn't going out very far from the stove.

That wasn't a knock on you, just my amazement at the number of people having issues with sub par heat output. I would still recommend each step in that thread though. They still apply. I hope we can help ya get that hog burnin and churnin!

If the controller isn't sending out the correct voltage to the convection blower it will not be spinning at the correct speed and volume of air will be other than it should be.

Another call to England is in order maybe centered around weather or not the convection blower is at speed.

Also if anything got inserted in the convection air path between the blower and the stove grill it can partially block the output. Kid's toys and other things have been found in various places on stoves.

Do you have access to an IR temp gun or another type of thermometer? You can check the temp of your exhaust and that will tell you if you are losing heat through your stack which would give you an idea if the convection blower is not working properly.

The heat just isn't going out very far from the stove.

When you cleaned the stove did you remove, clean and lubricate the convection blower?

Heating 1600sf I left my stove on 3-9 through the night because my son is sick and I wanted to be sure on a windy night it was nice and warm for him. Below is what I woke up to. I would call Englander. Definitely a problem somewhere.
