Popped tack welds on rear heat shield on F3500?

I managed or maybe happened before to pop two of the tack welds on the rear heat shield on the F3500 moving it. Curious what to do to fix it, first thought was just pull out wire wheel and remove a bit of pain and throw on some more tacks which I have no experience doing or picking up some JB Weld extreme heat and put a dab under each popped tack?

Comes with fan and deflector, will pick up air mate if all works well.
