I found this in a barn and was wondering if anyone on this site knew anything about this. I can’t seem to find anything on this specific model and was wondering when it was manufactured and if there’s vale to it

It's an old Franklin style fireplace. Not a great heater, odd flue connection, and they are pretty common. Scrap value may be all it's worth in this condition.
 
I agree, best used as a planter.
 
They actually work pretty well as an outside fireplace as well
