Looks like this will be the big 40 for me. I'm a little surprised that this place has sucked me in for so much time. ;em, but have no regrets. With Hearth.com Craig has created something unique in the web universe. It's a special place to hang out with some very good folks. The foundation of helping others is what it's all about. Thanks Craig for all you have done here and good wishes to all the good regulars at the hearth. And a special thanks to the mods that keep me sane and smiling.

Wow, I see it NOW>......the key is not just the number, but how helpful so many of them have been. They usually don't just say "I agree"....

Thanks so much. You guys as well as most of the members here have really taken this thing WAY beyond anything I ever dreamed possible. Back in 1996 I remember thinking that when I passed 10,000 visitors in a month, I'd be in the promised land. Now we triple that in ONE DAY. Hard to believe. Nothing much I did by myself, that's for sure. I'm only the Top Cop.

I agree.

Stay with it begreen. I believe I could speak for most folks on here and say that you are doing a great job. We'll be watching for that 100,000th post soon.

I've always wondered if BG talks this much in person.

With 40k posts, where would he possibly the time to do that?

Keep up the good work, begreen! I remember you were the first to answer my questions, when I came here looking for install advice.

and i remember when you had fewer posts than ELK.

When I read the thread title, I was impressed that you had run 25 miles!

In my short time here, you've always been exceptionally helpful. Cheers to you, sir.

BG, congratulations and hang in there.
You seem to exemplify the spirit of Hearth and somehow always manage to stay above the fray.
Its dedicated folks like you that make this place what it is.

Thanks, for all the kind words.
