Went to the local township meeting last night. A power co-op rep was there to explain how rates are changing. He says that Nat. gas is going down and will continue, while elec. is and will continue to rise. We're due for about a 3% increase in elec. rates sometime this year.
The only thing that we use here that's gas is the water heater. Stove and dryer are both elec., and I'd love to change when we can.
