Any printer experts out their? Have a epson et-2720 and while my kid was printing a key chain got sucked down into the paper feed. Got that out but how when you are printing the paper loading makes a loud snap and it will suck in multiple sheets of paper.. I can't even figure out how to take the covers off this thing without breaking them. Printer barley has any use have not even had to refill anything yet so i would really hate to have to toss it out in the back yard..

I believe it is discontinued. It will be hard to work on unless you know what you're doing. Problem is people don't repair this stuff anymore.
You can look for utube video's ect

Ya i gave up on it could not figure out how to get it apart without breaking the panels and did not want to flip it over for fear of the ink running out all over the table. I use to have the patience to repair this type of thing but not any more. Ended up going and getting a Canon G7020 wanted something without a rear paper tray, this one has a rear but it is just used for photo paper. Nice printer and super easy to connect to the network and phone/tablets. Only thing that sorta pissed me off is i had to buy a min 1 month membership for $2 just to be able to DL the software and drivers. It came with a CD but what computer come with a CD reader anymore...LOL. Then when i went to DL the drivers their was a issue with the site, but their online chat was one of the best i have seen and in less then 5 min they supplied me with a different line for the drivers and i was off and running. The other thing i found funny is the printer comes with a 2 prong plug just like just about every other printer in the world. But in the box it came with this cable with what looked like a temperature probe on one end and a spade connector on the other. After looking through all the paperwork i found one that stated " for canada only" you are suppose to hook this to a plug on teh back of the printer and put it in the ground plug where the printer is plugged in.. Never seen anything line that before thought it was quite strange since none of my other printers have ever used something like this.. Needless to say its sitting in a drawer.. No lets see if canon has the same reliability and quality that they had years ago when they were top of the line. Printer came with a massive amount of ink 3 large bottles of black and then a bottle of each color, it also has removable print heads.
