wondering if any has had the same problem I’m having with their castle serenity. It’s been working great since I bought it New this season, until tonight. The auger was not producing any pellets. I put the stove into “diagnostic” mode which allow the auger to cycle. I did this and it seemed like the auger was stuck and not moving. I got it to begin cycling in diagnostic mode and then work for about 5 min with the flame just getting going. It then stopped working again. I repeated this process a few times and same result. I’m going to call the company tomorrow for some tech support, but wanted to see if you all have seen this before.

Does the “auger” indicator show on the screen during startup? Does the vacuum indicator show? Is the exhaust clean?
