Hello! Guys, I have a problem with my Ecoteck Lisa (2008) and need some advice.
1. Start phase is ok.
2. Waiting flame fase is ok. Auger feeds pellets. Flame raises up bit by bit in the burning pot.
3. Flame light phase.... Here starts the problem. The flame is visible. Tall but looks strange, ugly, like it has not enough draft. I can see a bit of smoke swirls inside. Glass becomes dark during 5-10 minutes. And finaly stove triggers alarm "Pellets finished".
This all takes approx. 10 minutes. Then I set it to "Final cleaning" and when it is finished there is no smoke inside, only a bit of ash inside the ash pot. But stove is warm enough still.
So, I'm confused. If there is a problem with exhaust fan or one of the fans, why it reports about "pellets finished"? Auger works fine under the start and in manual mode.
I would appreciate any help or advise.
