I have no affiliation with this sale. I just saw it on Craigslist and thought I would alert the members. That's a pretty good price. If it was closer, I'd buy it on spec and resell it but I don't have the time right now.

one town over from me. if anyone wants me to go view it for them before coming from afar, i'll be happy to go take a peek. That street is a very nice part of town too. 3000+ sq ft homes.
