I have seen the posts on the issue some have with the 2 back central firebricks cracking....I have had 4 crack in 2 years with no north/south loading to hit or break them.
My question is.....can pumice fire bricks be cemented back together? if so....what cementing materials would one use?

I would try it, maybe with some refractory cement. The hard part may be finding a small quantity for just a couple brick.
