looked in my manual and it does not say much about actual temp ratings. says watch out for overfire et all but no definitive temps.
well I have a cheap stove thermometer sitting in center of stove top at 600 it says over fire and confirmed with infrared temp reading.
so is that the temp to avoid? it was around 550 and confirmed with infrared.
they really leave alot out of the manual and not much on specifics of using the stove,which is kinda strange since we are playing with fire.
what do you that have the same stove do? first season with it and it is different than the dragon before it.
