my Mt Vernon AE won't start. There are no error messages. Up on top left of wall thermostat where it should say Start up. It has dotted lines in its place. I unplugged it and same thing happens ! Help !

Bob, I'm an AE owner and wish I had more answers for you. Only thing I can suggest is connecting thermostat directly to stove with a short price of wire. This should eliminate any question about the wire. Good luck.

The wall control is not communicating with the control board. Double check connections on white wire. kap
