Quadra-Fire Castille call light on, nothing happening

Hi all! I am new to the pellet stove world, we recently bought our house and the stove came with it. It was working great for about a month and a half and then it wasn't.

When I turn it on, the exhaust starts up, the red call light comes on.. but then it just idles.

I went through the manual and YouTube videos and can't figure out what's wrong.

Any ideas?

Turn it on and when the red light is on push the reset button

Did you check the snap discs and vacuum switch?
