Question does the window gasket go around the whole window or just the sides and top?

There are different versions of that door but I believe on all of them you have a tadpole on three sides and a flat on the bottom

Depends upon whether your air was is top or bottom. The older units have top air wash and the newer have bottom air wash, I believe.

I have a tadpole gasket on both sides and the bottom. Mine is a top air wash model.
