Here is a Quadrafire CB1200 From 2011 that i picked up from Craigslist about a month ago
I Did a complete refurbish. I start, like with all the stoves I grab, by plugging it in and seeing what I am working with (This unit had not been used in 5 years and sat in a garage). It needed a new Igniter and all new gaskets as well as snap disk#3 which isn’t bad for only paying 100 bucks! Then I stripped every single part, screw, nut and bolt from the stove. Then I blew everything out with compressed air, sanded it, and wiped it down. Then I hit it with 2 coats of VHT high heat primer then 2 coats of high heat black paint. Then I put it all back together. These are the pics of the start to finish process. I did not get the pics of me removing the parts unfortunately, but I do clean and lubricate (if necessary) all blowers and motors before re-installing.

The rest of the pics are of the unit running
