The more I look around the more I like the Napoleon 1401 insert. I do have a question however. What is the difference between 1401p, 1401s, 1401k, and 1401f. It appears that all of them are the same price with the exception of the 1401p being almost $250.00 cheaper. I assume the letter is a trim code or something, but the descriptions for all of them are identical.

Thanks

Karl

Karl to answer your question I believe you are right about the lettering code the basic models are the same but for trim kits or P may code for pedestal option
