I took the F600 apart today to do a deep cleaning before heating season starts. I had only vacuumed it out previously, so I went over the whole thing with a strong flashlight and checked gaskets with the dollar bill test. (When I say "took apart" I mean removed the top oval and baffle plates). The only thing I found that I question is the light shining around the little loop of gasket material that surrounds the air control lever inside the "doghouse". The flashlight test revealed a ton of light leaking out around that gasket, especially under the lever. It looks like I could use some tiny strips of Kaowool to pack around that gasket to supplement it. Any thoughts on this?
