Question -- Remote Controls for Jotul Gas Stove

Hi again -

Final part of the installation will be to add a remote control to the newly-installed Jotul Allegash Gas stove.

I was a bit surprised to hear from the installation folks that Jotul only supported one brand of remote that they supported---and that it only had an on/off/thermostat function.

In all likelihood, this will be more than sufficient....however, I was thinking an on/off with High/medium/Low in addition to the thermostat would be preferrable.

What do you installation gurus usually use ? Can you please advise ?
