We are considering buying a Morso 1410 and would like to hear from anyone who owns or has experience with this stove.
We live in upstate New York. We would be installing it in an unheated part of our house, which is about 500 square feet, and consists of 2 rooms linked by an open double doorway.
Questions that come to mind are:
1) Will the stove produce enough heat for this space?
2) How often does it need to be refilled to maintain high heat output?
3) How much wood does it use?
One possibility we are considering is buying the coal-burning model, which can also burn wood. We’re not sure yet which fuel we’d burn more often. Does anyone have experience with using the coal model for wood? How does it perform?
Any other comments, feedback, complaints, etc. on any other topics we might not have thought of would be welcome!
