Hello;

Am new to this so thought I would get my questions out here.

I am installing this unit diagonally with rear and bottom heat shields 24" or so inches from the wall and combustible surfaces , more than the 18" which VC states. Is it a problem that there are many windows in this area or no? Also have a concrete slab with tile on top. Am installing 2100 F three layer stainless pipe.

Thanks

Welcome. So far that sounds ok. How close are the windows? Can you post a picture of the location?

Here's a picture of the corner . I am in the process of setting up the chimney at this time.

As long as you have proper clearances to all of the trim it shouldn't matter. And if you haven't gotten it yet i suggest going with insulated double wall rather than triple wall.
