Hi there,
Our Ravelli 100 was running for 15 minutes and shutting off. Depression error. Service guy came and checked all the switches, etc and they are fine.
He said there is a clog in the back of the stove (the rest has been thoroughly cleaned) and he'll come back and do it. Says we need to move the stove.
Well, my husband is going to try to do it. Says that this guy never did that before when he cleaned.

So question: has/does anyone move the stove and clean the exhaust pipe?

There is so little available on this stove, which is a real pain. Thanks for your help.
Liz

What does the outside pipe look like? If assailable try the leaf blower trick, note :leaf blower must have a vacuum feature leave stove door open when you do it. No need to disconnect pipe inside or move stove. I do it at least twice a heating season. You don't need all the adapters the guy in the video uses just enough to get your 3 inch pipe attached to the vacuum opening on leaf blower, I used a 5 inch to 4 inch thin wall adapter the 4 inch side goes right over 3 inch pellet vent and I silicone the 5 inch side onto the leaf blower. I only use the leaf blower to clean stove pipe, Note: don't point blowing end at neighbors house if it is close, you are going to make a big soot cloud. And remember suck the vent pipe not blow, lol
