Ravelli display not working

Hi all,

I have a pellet Ravelli stove model Milena for 4 years now. This year the display stopped working.

It still has backlight and I'm able to control the stove (turn it on and off) but the display shows no picture...

Does anyone know any fix or should I start looking for a display replacement?

try unplugging the wire from the display and plugging it back in.

I've already tried doing that several times actually, but it was unsuccessful.

Check the connections? I dont know much about the stove but the screen/display is either TFT-LCD, STN-LCD. More then likely your going to need a dealer to repair and program it...
