Ravelli Roma service message

Hello,
I have a 2 year old Ravelli Roma insert and tbe service alarm is going off every time it’s turned on/off. It’s my understanding that this is associated with usage hours. I perform the seasonal maintenance myself. Does anyone know how to reset the message?
