Hi,

We recently fixed our problem with the auger not turning after trying a lot of different things, one of which was to take apart the gear box. It turns out the problem was worn teeth on one of the gears, so we ordered a new motor/gear box.

It works great and we have heat again.

When I took apart my gear box, I made careful notes so that I could put it back together. So I thought I would post my instructions here in case it would be helpful to someone in the future.
